Travel back to ancient Egyptian times and join us for a themed weekend of frivolity, maypole dancing, celebrating the Beltane Rites through ritual and creating your own ritual tools.

To celebrate this Egyptian Beltane Weekend, it is only fitting that we should wear Egyptian attire for our rituals. There will be workshops on the Egyptian Gods, ceremonial annointing oil making and a choice of making your own staff or creating your own special eye of horus during the weekend. Basic materials for the craft sessions will be supplied but participants will need to supply their own wood and art/craft materials for decorating their staffs. These items are available from shops such as GoLo, Reject Shop, Liquidators etc, plus pens, pencils, paints & brushes, paint palette, craft glue, glue gun, scissors, cardboard, paper, beads, ribbons, fabric/leather scraps, feathers, glitter, crystals …whatever you think you might need.
